Across Uganda, thousands of young mothers are trapped in poverty and shame. Through gospel-centered discipleship and skills training, Lift Up Girls helps them rise, restoring hope, dignity, and faith.

Lift Up Girls walks beside young mothers to provide them with wrap-around care and vocational training that restores their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
With the support of local churches, single mothers in Uganda find a new life with God, themselves, their families, and communities.

Hope in Motion
We don’t just teach trades, we disciple women into wholeness.
Restore
Through partnerships with local churches and home visits, young mothers are invited into a safe, Christ-centered environment where they receive biblical counseling, trauma-informed care, and the emotional support they’ve never had so they can can begin their journey of full restoration.
Equip
For six months, women are discipled and trained in practical skills like tailoring, hairdressing, or cooking. Every session begins with prayer, and every woman is mentored holistically so that by graduation, she knows her worth in Christ and has a tangible way to support her family.
Launch
Graduates receive tools like sewing machines, business guidance, and ongoing follow-up so that they don’t just complete the program, but step into a new life with confidence. The result: families are fed, churches are strengthened, and entire communities begin to change from the inside out.
